the facilities catered well to families. i especially liked the bottle sterilizer and hot water dispenser. free snacks were a definite plus. staff members were really accommodating, it was very nice.

the air conditioning was broken initially, i had to change rooms midway through my stay. the replacement room had a loud pump that went off frequently.

the hotel is close to many food restaurants. the place has a perfect position near an underground station. this made traveling to other parts of the city very easy. it was quite convenient.

my family of five stayed in a family capsule. it was indeed compact. i did find many small compartments helpful. there were also plenty of charging points available.

check-in process was awkward and painful. the app did not work well, and the desk person did little to help.

The location was great. Plenty of nearby food options exist. The MRT station is close, I found it easily accessible. The receptionist was always helpful and friendly (a definite plus!). I appreciated the clean and tidy room.

The walls are a bit thin. It can be noisy at times with other guests.
